I have a free blog on wordpress.com and would like to use other themes other than the free ones provided there. How do I do it? I know I have to download wordpress.org or something like that to upload my own theme. If so, do I have to pay money for it and where can I get free web hosting or my own domain so as to use my own theme? I%26#039;m horribly confused and it would be nice for someone to explain it all to me.

If you are serious about websites either for personal or your business, don%26#039;t go to free web hosting as they are usually not reliable and you may end up losing all your hard work. Free web hosts usually put advertisements on your websites and it could be annoying.
