I would like any information possible that is in laymans terms about how to add streaming video from my house to the internet. I have broadband cable and several domains that are hosted offsite.
I would like to know of any programs, especially freeware that does streaming video (with or without audio).

You probably already thought of this but, youtube could be the answer. Just create an account on their webpage, upload your video, and embed the video in your site. The page with you video on it at youtube will have the code necessary to embed the video at your site.
