not all web sites use the www (world wide web) first. all aol site for instance start members.aol.com/user name. no www hope that helps

Other Replys:make a subdomain of www and make it redirect to the homepage

Other Replys:That is a problem with GoDaddy (meaning, it%26#039;s something you%26#039;ll need to contact them about). It should definitely be able to work both with and without the www.

Open up a support ticket and they should be able to take care of it- they may just need to confirm that the address with and without the www has the same IP address.

Login to you account, and go to this page:

http://help.godaddy.com/index.php?app%5F...

On the upper right there is a link for %26quot;Submit a ticket%26quot;

Other Replys:you must know that all the website have a %26quot;www.%26quot;

and about yours, it is just a shortcut try writing your website address with www or without www it will be opened

Other Replys:The www, if it is there, is part of the domain name but most domains have a redirect to whatever they really are. Eg. type in www.uk.yahoo.com to your address bar and it will change to uk.yahoo.com. Type in yahoo.com and it changes to www.yahoo.com

Type in headless.org and it goes nowhere and fails. But www.headless.org works fine. There is no redirect to the correct address which has the www.
